will gaffter tapes leave behind residules?

just curious, any cser here bought any good gaffer tapes here will not leave behind any residue after a long run, not only on cameras. but in general?

Long run? Say ... 2 years? 5 years? 10 years? :dunno:

In our heat and humidity, probably none. :bsmilie:

Gaffer was never designed for long-term application to begin with. ;)

no problem with that sort of time frames if yu use the higher end stuff.;)

There will still be a lil bit, but they can be easily rubbed off...
