Get a sigma 10-20mm or canon 10-22mm.

I've got a canon 10-22mm myself and never regretted buying it.

Hi

Was using canon EFs 10-22 wide angle lens with the Canon 500D. The image in my opinion is very good.

IQ wise, Canon's 10-22 is still the best. Though it will set you back between 1.1k to 1.3k.

Cheers!

I also have the Tokina 11-16mm F2.8. I believe it cost me $895 last year in December.
