Hi there,

I sent some of my photos shot in full resolution on my Sony A500 to print to 4R, but when I got the prints, either the top/bottom of the photos are truncated. Can anyone advise what is the correct length/width for standard 4R prints?

Sorry if this has been discussed before.

You need to make sure you resize the picture for a 2:3 ratio. Basic maths.

And yes, discussed before numerous times, try a search next time.

Thanks Rashkae

If your images do not conform to 2:3 ratio as with most compact cameras, you can still get the full image printed if you go to the right people. For example, Fotohub offers 4R-Jumbo, which is meant to print the whole image of compact cameras. However, if you choose this size, there are very few photo albums/frames that will hold the pictures. You can, of course, get the albums from the same people you print the images. If they print the size, they will sell the albums. :)
