Why image has different color on LCD and laptop screen?

Why the image showed a different colors between a calibrated lcd monitor and the laptio screen?

Even a spyder Elite 3 failed to calibrate the two screen. the lcd monitor was mounted to the laptop as a second screen.

during calibration the spyder detected both has the same color temperature and gamma correction. Would that be the problem?

Is it possible the I've used a wrong calibration technique?

I took out the suction cup for both screen during calbration. Initially I thought the Spyder2 has a limitation but an upgrade to Elite 3 doesn't really help much.

Please advice.

The lcd showed slighly yellowish whilte the laptop screen showed a bit reddish.
Should be all the same or at least similiar?

If not then it's useless to calibrate both because even after calibration i still can't get an accurate color.
