Don't have the agreement in front of me, but as I recall... the restriction in question was that shooters can't post more than 2 photos from the shoot, whether in PBase, CS, or their own online portfolio/sites. It was necessary to sign a statement to that effect.

IMHO.... I pay, I sweat, I squat, I edit, it's my camera, ........... therefore, I control the non-commercial use of those photos.
