White cloudy spots...faulty lens?

Hi,

I've got a couple of photos that I took which show white cloudy spots all over the pic. Some pics just have 1 or 2 spots but there's one which is totally smeared with these 'clouds'. I thought it was the lens but even after changing the camera(nikon s3 to fuji e900), I still experience these images. Its not frequent but its irritating as I'm not sure what it is. If only I can show u guys the photo then it will be easier to explain. Any thoughts?

plok, notice that you only see this phenomena when flash is fired. (as suggested in the link provided by sulhan)

I, too, was pondering on this question last time. I know better now.
