Hi, I'm wonder whether I should trade my 550EX for a Metz Mecablitz 60 CL-4. I only use flash for events like concerts and celebrations...can someone please enlighten me?

keep it, should suffice for ur needs, how often do you need to have a flash that can cover the entire hall? how often do u need full power flash output with the shortest recharging time?
once you trade in, you will miss the convenience of a small portable flash. imagine lugging a 60 CL-4 for a friend's chalet.
get 60 for covering event only if u are getting paid for it

keep the 550. The 60 is a pain to use if you keep changing ISO, or Av values.
Also, the 60 has no E-ttl support.
The 60 is useful if you need the raw power or need to bounce, but the lack of an auto-zoom head means you'll need to remember to use the diffuser if you use a lens wider than 35mm.

Thanks your comments! I've decided to keep the 550EX and buy a CP-E2 instead. (can last longer and uses AA batt!)
