Which shop to get good casing & cooling system for computer?

Anyone knows where I can get good service and a good range of computer casing and cooling system? If shop is specialized in casing/cooling is best too...

Preferably also one where they can help me transfer the parts from my present casing to the new one.

Eh budget wise? Bell (level 5) is having a promo now; cooler master 5 casing with 430w psu - $150. The normal price is $180. Casing was used for 4 days for World Cyber Games hence they are very new and in excellent cond.
