Which quick release plate for Slik Sprint Pro?

During the times I purchased my tripod I didn't know what quick release plate is.

Now I want to buy a quick release plate for my Slik Sprint Pro. Would any generic quick-release work with it? SPrint pro has a smallish circular mount.

Can you recommend me some brand/model if you can?

i got the same tripod n got the UN quick release from CP to go with it. it abt to take my eos30 and 16-35 but not really super stable but i ok with it. very cheap, only $20++ i think.
