Q3 should be able to handle the weight of ur setup with no problems.

Just a few more grams of weight and a few more dollars, get the M20 and forget about buying another ball head for years...I learnt it in a hard way...

i'd say , either a q3 or M20 as m10 vs m20 $ dif. is not much.

and yesh , 70-200 no problem, problem only starts at 300f2.8 IS hahaha

Yes, need to understand what kind of tripod you are using...
reason is the weight and spec that your tripod able to support.
If you get a Q3 or M10 BH and still your tripod cannot take the weight so there is no point....

Vanguard.. I think should be OK...

I love the Q3. Except that I already have the Arca Swiss Z1
