I recently purchased a cheap Hoya 135/2.8 MF lens for my Olympus OM2n. It's built like a tank and delivers great results. However, these are the same folks who make Tokina lenses, so I'd have to vote Tokina. My experience with Sigma has been (far) less than satisfactory.
