which is the Best camera below $300

Hi guys,

im looking for a camera which my budget is only around 280-300..which camera is best aroudn this budget? i mostly use to snap at indoor and night so antishaking is very important for me, anyhow..i understand also with this tight budget i cant request much, so plz help me name the brand n model which is relaly aroudn this budget line.

A second hand Fuji F31fd? Need to bargain hard though. Should also invest in a decent tripod for night shots.
