Which Gimbal/ tripod for D7100 with 80-400mm

I have a Nikon D7100 with 80-400mm for bird photography.

I am looking for a set of Gimbal/ tripod, that work best with this set.
I do not want some heavy and expensive staff which are use for pro camera and len, such as D4 with 600mm lenses. They are over killed.

Any recommendation?

I highly recommend that you read the tripod selection sticky. It's there for a reason.
