Could someone recommend me a film for portraits?

Looking for negative film. Fujicolor Portrait NPH 400 seems good. Anyone could comment on it?

Forgotten to say the condition of the environment.

Mostly indoor. Flash will be use.

However, some shots might be taken outdoor. Might be cloudy.

Kodak 160 VC is another alternative

Thanks.

Is Press 800 suitable for both indoor and outdoor?

or should I go for NPH400?

Unless your camera has high shutter speeds like 1/4000, 1/8000, using Press 800 outdoors might prove to be difficult. Especially if you don't have proper highspeed flash sync. :(

Guess I should go for NPS 400?

Thanks ck for your advice. :)

Depends. For maximal flexibility carry both and load appropriate film according to situation. You can use a ND filter in bright outdoor conditions as well.

Time is not on my side. :(
Couldn't afford any film changing.

Does that means, when a ND filter is used, I will be able to use Press 800 in bright outdoor condition?

No studio light.

Using a rather weak electronic flash, Suntax 20m.

A rather stupid question :) If using press 800, do I still have to use electronic flash when indoor?
