For you and your partner to enjoy the movie, most likely you need to go for fantasy movie like nardia or Lord of the rings.
Anime also not a bad idea if you run out of movie to watch

Actually I prefer romantic comedies, she prefers action flicks or movies with interesting plots like THE GREEN MILE etc, which I tot was pretty good too.

1. beowulf
2. 28 weeks later
3. lady in the water (i think i might get the title wrong :sweat: )
4. knocked up
5. run, fat boy, run (touching story and funny)


there are many more , you could out with the sales personnel at the dvd store
