Where to watch streaming of drama serials?

Hi guys, any recommendation of websites where we can stream drama serials, especially from the US, such as Heroes and CSI?

So there aren't any sites where they own the rights and we can also pay a subscription?

Edit: Does it mean that most stuff on youtube, snippets of movies, which I find quite enjoyable, is also illegal?
