From ChannelNewsAsia.com:
SINGAPORE: A Malaysian-registered tanker, MT Bunga Kelana 3, and a St Vincents and The Grenadines-registered bulk carrier, MV Waily, have collided in the Traffic Separation Scheme (TSS) of the Singapore Strait.

The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) was alerted to the incident which occurred some 13 kilometres southeast of Changi East, around 6:10am Tuesday.

I'm in Tanjong Rhu, and I'd like to see the ships and, if visible, the oil spill. If anyone has any recommendations on where to go to see ships and spill, post your message here. Thanks!

Cheers, but that doesn't say much. I live near the ECP, and the beach is long (and I travel by bicycle, hence my attempt to find the right spot before getting on the bike.
