I remember years ago these police department do not accept payment after office hours and holidays. Made 2 trips just to pay a stupid fine. Not sure if this is still the same.

Story of the fine

In those days, the neighbour police loved to hide around the money changer shops and pounce when you park in their so claimed 'no parking zone' . Kena once and refuse to offer kopi money. Rather pay the fine of RM50. Sill makes me fume when thinking of it.

Hi everyone, I need confimation. I just heard parking fines cannot be paid at traffic/ police department but at JB city councils. Anyone who are from JB can confirm this?
