Where to make embossing tool

Anyone knows where to custom make small embossing tool ?
The one that is capable to be used for paper with thickness up to about 325 gsm.

I made one for SGD 70 about a year ago at this printing shop in Telok Ayer road, near the crossing with that hawker center and there is a 7-eleven shop near the crossing.......when you walk from International plaza towards the church, slightly further, then when you enter telok ayer the shop is on your left hand side
