Where to go on a boat?

Ive got an oppertunity to take a large boat out for sightseeing purposes which also has the ability to land at smaller islands / beaches. I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions on where we should head to with our cameras?
Also we plan to be on the boat during sunset, so again where woudl you suggest we positon ourselves for the best possible sunset.

Any advice appreciated.

The best area on the boat for photography is I guess the Sundeck or on top of the boat whereby you can take pictures on all sides & cover all scenery...

Erm was looking on places to take the boat? any nearby islands towards Malaysia or Indonesia that might present a good photo opertunity?
