Where to go for a passport photo in the East?

I need to renew my passport soon. I'm thinking of sending it via post rather than going to ICA. Does anyone know of a photo studio in the East that can take decent passport photos? Instant would be best.

u can take a digital copy and apply thru internet

any places do offer such service, but if you want to have digital copy, you need to pay extra.

U can make use of your minimum 3mp camera to take your photos and upload online to ICA. Check their web and the instructions are there.
