Where to get vacuum anti-moisture drybox?

Would like to get a vacuum anti-moisture drybox. Anyone knows any shops selling this?

vacuum? Rare. We usually use a drycabinet.

no, thats more for bags, cos the moment the vacuum tube is removed air would go back in.

it works by hand activiting an air pump, like pumping bicycle tyre. then there's a guage so it will not implode.

Why would one like to create a vacuum inside the box? If there is any leak then the air from outside (including moisture, dust and whatnot) will be sucked in. Common practice to prevent this is setting the inside under slightly higher pressure. If there is any leak then air goes out instead and the inside stays clean. Secondly, by blowing air in it can be cleaned and dehumidified before (similar to compressors used for dive equipment).

Will the differential pressure cause any problem to the sensor and other delicate electronics inside the camera?

sounds so but just airtight better. dun need extra step to pump air out & release pressure when open or close the box.

not sure, but i dun think the pieces of glass in the lense would get sucked out of its place... :sweatsm:
