Where to get plain helium filled balloons?

Hi everyone, need your kind help once again

I'm looking for some plain helium filled balloon in varying shades of colors.
Looking to purchase about 20 balloons that can be pre-filled with helium.
Anyone have any idea where I can get these balloons from?

Added bonus if the balloons are of shades of varying pastel colors.
Also please let me know the estimated damage too.

u can get from AZ trading at middle road , the gas u can also rent from them

Can check shops which sells party-wares. One that you can visit is on Raffles City Mall, 3rd floor, not too far from the food court. They sell balloons in many shapes & you can ask them to fill it with helium.

Don't really know the price tho, but probably a bit premium.

You can head to any toy-shop for the balloons, i don't know about the helium
