where to get a40 lens adaptor?

oh and wat filters should i get?
i was thinking uv and those macro +4 filters? wat brand and where?

went down to AP and CP...saw the lens adaptor in stock
AP got i think 2 pieces, whereas CP got only 1 piece...the CP i went was at Marina Square
