Where to develop digital prints with white borders?

When I go to PhotoFriends at Peninsular. They will ask if you want the white borders or not. If not, tell them you are doing submission for PSS, they will surely ask if you want those borders.

Most shops should be able to do it. Some shops charge extra for it (eg. Fotohub..)

Most shops should be able to do it. I usually print at ColourLab in Adelphi.
