where to by 46mm -62mm stepup ring

I think you might need a few to get to 62mm. Not sure if Singapore has a single one...
You might end up with a 'Hood' with all those step ones.
Try Camera Hospital, The Camera Workshop and Benphoto. :-}
TCW seem to have a lot of rings. Got my 62, 67, 72, 77 from them...
