Where to buy step down rings

hey guys

i've been looking around and i haven't seen shops selling step-down rings. i am hoping to get a 62mm-52mm step down ring so i can use a 52mm close up filter with my 62mm 28-200mm tele lens.

have you guys seen this contraption for sale anywhere?

well, i hope to shoot at 200mm and at apertures like F8-F16 i dont think vignetting is going to be a problem..
