I'm looking for the type of RAM for laptops, more specifically

1GB PC2-4300 DDR2 (speed doesnt really matter) SODIMM

Looking to getting 2 sticks with a budget of slightly more than $200.

Anyone can recommend? Which level of Suntec should I head to? ;)

Sorry to hijack, but are any of the stores selling 1 GB sticks of DDR 333 RAM?

Looking at their price lists, none of the Sim Lim shops seem to have stock.

Haven't got time to go down. Anyone knows how much a DDR2 512MB/533Mhz costs there? From HWZ price guide, cheapest is $52 for Kingston from ActiveFoto at SLS.

By the way whats the diff between DDR2 512MB/533MHz/4200 and DDR2 512MB/533MHz/4300? TIA.

iirc 4200 and 4300 juz meant the amount of data they can transfer while 533MHz is the frequency...
just go for the same frequency and you be fine.

Thanks for clarifying. I have a 4200 in my comp now, so if I add the 4300 one together, will it be fine?
