Stick with the one that came with the projector. Otherwise, no point changing the lens. Like camera lenses, good projector lenses are not cheap.

Haven't setup. Too tired now. ;p Usually you need to manual focus first. Then it will AF for slight variations in the slide distances, etc.

The Leica Pradovit 150 and the Braun Novamat 515AF are about 90-95% similar. They could have OEMed from the same company. the Braun one has a nifty spring loaded slide lift for viewing single slides, or ejecting upside-down slides, etc. And it's cheaper.

Just got an equote from CP that the Leica Pradovit 150 IR is $290 + GST. If you want the Leica brand and the IR remote control, buy. :)

Still getting, though have to wait. The Epson Perfection 2450 isn't so perfect after all, next up for consideration will be the Acer. But from skaven's experience of trying to get a demo, their service sucks. :(

I did not get a screen, see if my white wall works well first. :)

That's the other model. The mirror reflects the projected image to a ground glass screen behind the projector.
