Can anyone advise where to buy DOF calculator similar to

I mean the DOF in the disc/dial form, not software program running in windows or other OS platform.

Any such "instrument"?

I got it by mail order, bought together with my ExpoDisc, but don't know where I keep it liao.

Now Cathey selling ExpoDisc, not sure are they also having this in stock?
