Hope some forumer can help me with the subject question.

:)

Thanks.

Those typical photo printing shop do sell them. Cheap too, $3.50 one big bottle. I can't even finish using it for my camera, therefore i also use some of it for my computer hardwares stored in my cupboards.

where u got it?bought it 5 bucks for 500g..sound like chopped...

Please remember that these items are carcinogenic (cancer causing agents)

So please be VERY careful when handling....

Silica gel it self is non-toxic, but the Cobalt Chloride, which is use to make the color of silica gel can cause cancer in animal. Still there is no evident show that it can cause cancer in human, so it is still allowed to use as silica gel humidity indicator.

Just wonder is there silica gel without humidity indicator for sale, because with the build-in humidity meter, color indicator is not so necessary.

i bought 1 bottle @ Plaza Sing, Carrefour B2 there for $3.90~
not sure how much(quantity)... but got alot..

i put it in a scent pouch to minimise the mess if i were to spill it.

thanks for all the replies.

some places do sell 500gm for $5 which i thinks is too ex..:thumbsd:

i tried to buy from carrefour suntec but the staff told me they don't sell. same situation at giant at tampines.

any forumers know where i can get it for good prices? thanks in advance !! ;)

carrefour @ plaza sing, $3.90 per bottle, got a 15L dry box usually use 1/4 bottle per 2 months.
u can find it @ the basement level, near where they sell the CD-roms.

$5.90 at Kodak at CCK... but I found a rechargeabledessicant pouch at Homefix there. Not too expensive... about $9(?) I think. Can be recharged in a microwave or under the sun...
