Where to buy aerobics videos?

Does anyone know where to get those dance or simple aerobics videos?

Am looking for some where my mum can start doing simple work outs and asks me to look for those. Tried those VCD/DVD movie shops but they don't carry it. Have not checked out HMV but I doubt they have.

I don't think aerobics videos are popular here as people would rather go gym and join classes.

Mum doesn't like socialising much.:bsmilie:

Maybe try those online stores like yesasia? They carry quite a big variety so u might be able to find what u wan there

neighborhood vcd shops - bargain bin. I saw lots of them at toa payoh, the one not far away from the HDB hub, near KFC (corner of the block)

Try the Giant at Tampines. Recalled they have quite a huge selection of these self help vcds and dvds

You'll find what you want at bedok VCD shops mostly outside in the "random" sections... and they're fairly affordable... there's golf, pool, snooker, and erm.. yeah.. i've seen lots of aerobics too.. or is that dancing...

But they look somewhat RETRO to me though .. if u're looking for fitness programs.. and don't mind those 80s soundtrack.. then maybe that's a good place to look for it..

buy a box of cereal with "Fitnesse" brand. They provide free aerobic video heheheehe.
