Lim Chu Kang or Tuas might be good.
Nat stadium too many trees, you might have an issue with reflections.
Depends on how tight your crop, MSCPs are not wide open enough IMHO.

If moving:
Try industrial areas such as jurong west. weekend usually quiet.
Lim Chao Kang also can try

If still:
May be can still try Marina Barage very early in the morning.

CBD like behind supreme court also very quiet on weekends.
