Where can i get those LED lights?

hi,

i saw some photographers using handheld LED light with the size of a average mobile phone
as a substitute to cam flash, it's certainly helps for some creative works. anyone knows
where i can get them?

Light Panels? OP has the other version similar the original Light Panels but not sure if it is as powerful as Light Panels.
