A kind soul once told me i can buy this in a shop in Adelphi, but i was a bit too late, it was gone before i can buy it. Shop owner also says that he don't usually sell this item because it comes with some other equipments.

if i am not wrong, cheap slave flash gives those that can't adjust the distance...

would like to make a correction...

i just seen the 2 free ones i have... 1 side is a fixed hotshoe mount bracket.. which is at the unused screw area in the pic, then the rest is the same. with the long column with the tripod screw running inside...
