Attached is some explanation on Gombak Norite.

Gombak Norite

Basically talking about Bukit Timah Area.

Bukit Batok Town Park aka Xiao Guilin is one of the area.
Walking distance from Gombak MRT.
One of my favourite place to shoot.

Bukit Batok Town Park

The outer area is Bukit Timah Hill.

Cheers!

I forsee that you will be doing crazy stuff.

Better if you can recee the place first. There is an annual cleaning on the lake conducted. But no sure if it is cleaned now. Do be careful before you conduct such action.....there are drowning cases before. :nono: ..... Of course, if you are lucky, you will also been bitten by small blue lobsters .... seems a lot breeding lately in the lake. :)

Answer to the first part is NO.

Answer to the second part is you can try, but best not to. It is very deep btw. Do you have a death wish?

Don't play with the waters at Guilin. Too many drown cases in the past to be mentioned.

Water is greeny, not exactly murky.

maybe it is because of the high possibilities of the legs getting caught by the water plants under the water? or could it be.....the lake is not "clean":sweat:

No, the water surface appear to be calm, but there is strong current underneath, and the water is deep, and it is not easy to climb back to shore in case of trouble.
