Can somebody tell me what those light orbs are? Ghosts or my lens was dirty?

guess it's lens flare.
common esp when u r shooting in such lighting.

Either remove your filter or replace it with one with a better coating or attach the lens hood to reduce the chance of flare.

For this reason, I have removed all protecting filters from all my lenses (all cheap ones).

Then there might be times when flare could occur even without any filters attached.
But this depends on the make of the lens. Normally, the more expensive lenses would have better flare/ghosting control, owing to their coatings.

I bought a cheap UV lens about 5 years ago when I took a trip to Singapore and I used it in this picture. I should have removed it when I took the picture.
