I use Grace Digital at Sunset Way (Near Clementi).

Don't know if its the best, but I pay $0.35/pc for 4RDSC and happy with my prints.

I use Photo Friend at Peninsular Plaza. $0.30 for 4R.
Minimum $5.00. But I develop far more than that amount.

As per all machine printed, there will be slight cropping. I do not think there is anyone who prints with a machine dare claim there is no cropping.

Well said theITguy. haha

Sorry I think you misunderstood by question, I'm asking whether they provide any manual cropping and colour adjustment, cos the ratio for normal camera is 4:3 and not 3:2.

You should go find out the size of your printout to determine whether your picture get cropped or not. "Normal" to me is 3:2 lol. You dun want cropping, crop yourself properly in the first place. This is the digital age, power is in your hand to control how it is printed.
