The poor needy patients with kidney problems have no part in any of the NKF's fund raising methods and sure don't deserve any persecution for any bad publicity. So, if anyone feels strongly against NKF's database trade for cash arrangement . . . should still donate but anonymously to avoid any unwelcome junkmail.

Poor needy . . . double misfortune?
