for umbrellas, reflectors, etc you might want to buy from ebay. I'm buying all such staff from ebay and never had any problems. Saved quite a few $ too.

light tent is not a miracle pill for still life. We do want some control of hilights and shadows, harsh/soft lighting depending on the mood or feel you want to create.
