what tool u use to trim photo?

I am looking for a cheap tool to trim edge of photo and from A4 photo cut to ~four pieces of 4R.

Exclude NT cutter and advise the cost and where I can get it.

No lah, not software but tools like this but no need so pro one... basic cheap one at $10-30 will do.

i have an a4 sized version.
feel that it dun work well
should have bought the bigger one.

but start from 30 onward

sharp blade and ruler? of course can use those fancy cutters where you pull down the handle that looks like a parang, but i find that most dont give a straight cut.

Or you want to save.. you bring the photos to paperhouse and said.. can help to cut for u.. u pay them a token

Don't work well & >$30? Like that I use NT cutter and ruler. Free from office
