Buy a new one or if it's under warranty you can try to get it exchanged with the vendor.

If you want to recover photos, try some DIY software or if you're willing to pay, google "ADRC" and give them a call to get a quotation. Paid data recovery services won't be cheap, though, speaking from personal experience.

It will help if you can be more specific in what you want to find out. Your query is unclear in terms of what assistance you need.

If there is no important data inside, easiest way is to reformat the card. Else try to recover.

Recently my sister's SD card was infected with virus and when she wanted to develop some photos the shop rejected. I cleaned/deleted the virus(2 worms found) for her but unfortunately it also destroyed its registry. I use "Data rescue 3" to recover the photos for her. Manage to recover about 99% but a handful of the photos were corrupted.

I always reformat my cards in camera each time I use them.

Deswitch: where do i get the software "Data rescue 3"? thanks
