I am planning to buy the Markins Q3 ball head.

Understand that there are a number of plates available for each camera and lens models.

I have a Canon 30D + Tokina 12-14mm + Canon 24-70mm + Canon 70-200 F2.8.

So what is the most suitable plate that can be attached to me 30D as well as my 70-200?

In future, i might be upgrading to 50D. Will not be moving to FF.

I believe there is no single plate that can fit both the 30D and 70-200. You will need to get seperate plates for both of them.

1 plate from markins = 2 plate (roughly) from benro

I use benro plate on my markins M10 and it work well too.

You mean the prixce of Markins in twuce of Benro?

Can i know what benor plate you are using with your markins?
Is it a unniversal plate which can fit the 70-200 and the camera body?

no la... not really twice, actually shd be below 50 vs above 70.

I not sure whether which plate you really need for your gear, I oli use 1 plate for my gear.

I am using Benro PU-70,

In my opinion, just get something like this for the start, whether what you need it in the future, you can alway get it later. maybe u do not need anything more in the future.

The dedicated plates are machined to have a better fit to prevent twisting. I can put my longer Wimberley plate for the 70-200mm on my camera, but i just gotta be sure to tighten the screw much more to have a secure fit for the long plate on the camera.
