Yes, nice shots... 400 is definitely too short for birding, aside from large birds in flight (with the full wingspan to fill the frame).

Nice to see there are some wild birds left in Singapore, other than those kept in captivity! And other than the mynahs and ravens and crows of course...

Actually, there are quite alot of wild birds in Singapore, not as many as elsewhere, but plentiful if you know where to look.

yup, I've seen a <lot> of cattle egrets just hanging around school fields etc on weekends...

time to get a 1.5x TC (or 1.6x if u r the other brand) with no f-stop loss

Time to buy a 400mm + TC, YS.....

i tink it was standing on 1 leg...de other one is hidden but can see a bit of it...
