hey all. what lens should i use to cover a game of floorball? thanks everybody in advance

usually telephoto lens, 70-200mm, 300mm are fine choices.

How far away are you? Day or night? What you want to capture, the whole field or close up to individual players?

How to advise you if you did not provide these details leh?

a short tele prime like a 85 1.8 would do the job comfortably, that is if you're comfortable working with primes..

hmm... considering it's indoor, probably a F2.8 lens. Tele would be convenient, unless you can move around fairly freely, then primes would probably be ok...

Using FF or crop camera?

i agree... there are too many factors unknown to be able to give a fair judgment...

any lens you are holding. if too short, move closer.

85 1.8 is a cheap solution for a low cost longish prime
or the 200 2.8 prime, 135 prime are all low cost primes that will cover any indoor sport well.
