I know many clubsnappers are actually working in the IT industry. May I know what is your area of specialization? Just want to what kind of options are there in Singapore. :)
 

MS system , winnt, win 2000,win2003, exchange...etc...server...

linux, novell, i dunno.

Networking.. Won the Cisco Networking Challenge 2002 :D $3000 cash!

Web-development ( PHP, Mysql, Coldfusion, MS SQL, ASP.net, just some of the things i've used )

Windows server.. Active directory.. stuff like that :) MS Exchange
 

networking: foundry, cisco
systems: linux, freebsd (dns [bind, powerdns, nominum], web[php, perl, etc], mail [sendmail, postfix], load balacing using IPVS, Radiator, etc)

lots of interesting stuff :)
 

how abt corporate sales? anything from setting up of a network, servers, laser printers, plotters down to PCs, thumbdrives.. u name it, u got it.. :p
 

ya hackie, did 5-6yrs of tat too for my 1st job 11 yrs ago...
 

Information Security (anti-virus, intrusion detection, spam control and Security audit for my company)
 

2-Tier / 3-Tier DB Development (Delphi, VB), n-Tier and Web Development (Java), Speech Enabled Application Development (VB, C++), RDBMSes (Oracle, MSSQL, Interbase) and now, PeopleSoft (still newbie) :sweatsm:

I guess specialty-wise, more on GUI front-end development ( where Delphi rocks!!! ;) )

Interesting to see so many pple in the network field. Wonder if there are some in more specialized areas like AI, image processing, etc? :)
