What is your best S.O.C. timing ?

Hi My Fellow CSers here

Just wanna to share the fun out of it, nothing else though.
Question : What is your best timing for the SOC (Standard Obstacle Course)
during your 2 or 2 and half year NS serivce.
Your best timing is running with SBO, helmet, rifle (M-16 or SAR21, not carbine hor) and one full water bottle.
Honest answer, please.

Pai sei, I ROD more than a decade ago,
now use what ?
I think SBO replaced by the vest type where can velcro in attacement pouch... think my ICT in Aug should be getting it with the new Fieldpack...

It was back in 1983, I can't even remember what my results actually was, but it was very good. This is the pre-ROD full-pack SOC. This is same as SOC but you have to carry a standard full pack, plus something like 500 metres more of running. We actually ran the course faster than the recruits. All thanks to my black leopard encek who made us do FPSOC twice a day.

I think they scrapped all these fun stuff in the mid 80s.

!!!! who do FBO (CPFT) + SOC + AOC + peng kang hill + 5km ? :p
me took 42min +/- *tired ....

my S.O.C must clock under 9min to pass but i always fail haha.... den i play "cheat" !! i finallie use the new goretex boots ... den i ran 8:20 ... haha now den i know the old boot so heavy haha

now got problem with IPPT loh
