What is the MOST COMPACT digicam with 28mm FOV?

Looking to get a slim or compact digicam, as small and as light as possible for bringing around site works.

But preferably it must have 28m FOV. Seems very hard to find as all the wide angle digicams are the prosumers which are bulky and heavy.

Any recommendations?

I assume you meant 28mm and are referring to wide angle lenses? Handphone cameras might fit these criteria - if you can tolerate their image quality.
