What is the difference between these 2?

Macros lens and the normal lens attached with a close up filter? Anybody can explain to me?

A dedicated macro lens would give you better image quality. Any filter or glass that goes in front of your normal lens would degrade the quality. And sometimes, you have to stack multiple close-up filters to get the desired magnification.
