anyway, let me answer.
TFCD = Time For CD
basically it means each party gives his/her time for mutual benefit, and not $.
No money changes hands. The model gets a CD of the images as 'payment' for her time. Photographer gets to shoot an up-and-coming model for free, thus gaining some experience along the way.
